HOW-TO STEPS
1. Under the Orders/Payments tab, choose the Ready to Send sub-tab
2. You can search for an RO using one or several criteria: Search Repair Order, Date Range, RO Assignment (All ROs/My ROs) or Status.
3. Under Status, you can filter your selection using wide range of options.
4. To view details on a specific RO, click Details in the Action column.
