HOW-TO STEPS
1. Choose the Payments tab
2. Choose the Order Status sub-tab
3. Enter the RO you wish to search in the Search Repair Order field.
4. As long as you're under the right department and the correct RO is entered, the RO should show up in the results.
5. View details on the resulting RO by clicking Details in the Action column.
8. The resulting pop-up will include RO details, including whether the payment was approved or declined. Note that you may need to scroll down to view all available details.
