|Viewing Payment Details|
1. Choose the Payments tab
2. Choose the Ready to Send sub-tab
3. Enter the RO you wish to search in the Search Repair Order field.
4. Make certain that the date range includes the time period in question. Default searches only the current day.
5. Default will search My ROs. You can also choose All ROs.
6. From the Search Repair Order field, press return. From the date range fields, click Go.
7. View details on the resulting RO by clicking Details in the Action column.
8. The resulting pop-up will include RO details, including whether the payment was approved or declined. Note that you may need to scroll down to view all available details.
