myKaarma will log failed transaction attempts in the "Repair Order Detail" section of a repair order. This can be accessed by following the steps below:
1. Go to "Order Status" screen under the "Payments" tab:
2. Type in the Repair Order number you wish to see declined transactions:
3. Select the "Details" button at the beginning of the "Actions" section at the top right of your screen:
4. The reason for the decline will show in the window along with the transaction details:
