How do Automatic Payment Requests work? Can they be customized?

The automatic payment request is both a text and/or an e-mail that gets sent after an RO is pre-invoiced so to notify the customer that the car is ready and also prompt them to pay the invoice online.

1) If the RO has a 0 dollar amount, the text message will only show an option to “View the Invoice” and not to pay.

2) If the RO has an amount that needs to be paid, the text message will send with a link to “View the Invoice” and another link pay the amount by opening a webpage within their browser.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON TIME DELAY: The requests can be sent on a delay anywhere from 0-60 minutes from the time the RO is pre-invoiced. Within this time, the RO can be edited and the timer will reset at the time of each edit. To set the timer delay, please contact the help desk.
