With our delayed text messaging feature, you can schedule text messages to go out to your customers at any point in time in the future. No more forgetting to follow up or remind your customers to pick up their vehicles.
1. Select the "Send Later" option in the customer tab or the messages tab after typing your message.
2. You can either choose to schedule the message at a specific date and time or after a certain period of time.
3. Once you schedule the message, you can view and edit the message under 'View Scheduled, Queued, and Draft Messages', which can be found at the top of the communication options.
4. Search the message you would like to edit or delete.
5. Then you may choose if you would like to Discard, Edit, or Send the Message Now.
