Overview
Use Internal Messaging in myKaarma to communicate with team members about a customer right inside that customer’s message thread. This keeps all communication organized, visible, and easy to track.
How to Send an Internal Message

Go to the Messages tab.

Select the customer you want to message about.

Click the Internal Message button.

Enter your coworker’s name.

Type your message and click Send.
💡 All internal messages appear in the customer’s communication thread for team visibility.

Internal messages are always linked to a customer’s thread.

Great for handoffs, quick notes, and internal updates.

Keep messages clear and concise, and include any necessary actions.

Not meant for unrelated or general team chats.
