1. Go to Messages Tab.
2. Click on the name of the customer regarding whom you wish to send an Internal Message. This will expand the thread and display all communication options: Text, Email, Call, & Internal Message.
3. Click on the internal message icon and type the name of the user you wish to send an internal message to.
4. You can also use your Notifier to send Internal Messages if you prefer.
At this time, Internal Messages are designed to be filed under an existing Customer Thread. They are not designed as a chat feature within the dealership, but you can vote for that feature here:

Seriously?
This is why we used this was for internal messaging. Useless now. And the "Vote" comes up with a 404, not impressed.
We need the ability to use this for internal messaging again.
