Group Text Messaging

myKaarma has the ability to send the same text message to multiple customers at one time.  This does not create a "group" for the customers, but rather sends the same text message to each customer individually.

1. Open the Bulk Text Feature

• Navigate to the top-right corner of the application.

• Click on "Bulk Text".

2. Select Recipients

• In the Send Group Message window, search for and select the customers you'd like to message.

• You can send the message immediately by selecting "Send Now", or choose "Send Later" to schedule it.

3. Add Recipients from the Customer Tab (Alternative Method)

• Go to a customer's profile in the Customer tab.

• Click the "Add Recipients" button next to the phone number field.

• This opens the same Bulk Message interface, allowing you to add more recipients and send the message.

Reminder:

Messages sent through the Group Text feature are individual messages. Customers will not see replies from others.
