Give your customers all the transportation option they desire. Make it simple for them to select an option when they are making an appointment so they donât have to call the service department. Customers love to do things fast and efficient when making appointments and happier customers means better CSI scores!

How to Access and Configure Transportation Options
To access and manage transportation options in the admin tool:

Go to the âSettingsâ tab in the navigation bar.

Select âAppointments.â

Click on the âTransport Optionsâ subtab.
Here, you can:

Enable or disable transportation options for the online scheduler (customer view).

Add custom transportation options to match your dealershipâs offerings.

Set limits for each option (for example, the number of available loaner vehicles).
This allows your dealership to tailor transportation offerings precisely to customer needs while keeping full control over scheduling availability.
