This integration helps dealers speed up inspections, eliminate manual data entry, and deliver inspection results straight to the customer’s phone — building trust and enhancing the service experience.

⚡ How It Works: Seamless Workflow

1️⃣ Scan the Vehicle
Ensure the vehicle passes through a UVeye scanner before the Repair Order (RO) is created.

2️⃣ Instant Customer Communication
Once the scan is complete, a UVeye-generated inspection report is sent to the customer via text message using myKaarma’s Communication tool.

3️⃣ Data Integration into MPI
Tire tread depth, alignment results, tire age, and associated images are automatically pulled into the technician’s ServiceCart MPI form.

4️⃣ UVeye Photos & Branding Appear Instantly
Tread images are embedded in the form, and your inspection gets the UVeye stamp of professionalism.

🚫 What’s Not Included (Yet)

To ensure clear expectations, note that the following are not part of this initial integration:

• Interior vehicle scans
  
  
• Scans performed after RO creation (these will not populate into MPI)
  
  
• Non-tire related scan data outside of tread, age, and alignment

  1. You must have a direct contract in place with UVeye.
     
     
  2. Available to all myKaarma dealerships.

  2. Navigate to 3rd Party Integrations → UVeye
     
     
  3. Submit the Product Enrollment Form
