We are excited to introduce the newly redesigned Route Sheet, bringing faster performance, real-time updates, and enhanced customization to streamline your workflow. This update improves visibility, efficiency, and ease of use, allowing your team to manage ROs more effectively.

🔹 Performance & Experience Enhancements

1. Faster Route Sheet with "Live Refresh"

• Enjoy instantaneous updates—changes now appear immediately as they happen.

2. Hover for Quick Actions in Table View

• Easier access to customer details: Hover over customer names to contact them directly.
• Copy data quickly: Hover over key fields to copy information instantly.
• Communication pop-up: The Customer Name column includes a hover pop-up for quick communication (can be disabled in 'Settings').

⚙️ Customize Your Route Sheet

Tailor your Route Sheet without affecting your teammates’ views. The new update offers greater flexibility to personalize how you see and manage ROs.

3. Personalization & Layout Control

• Rearrange & Resize Columns: Drag, drop, and resize columns to create your ideal layout.

• Pin & Hide Columns: Keep up to 3 columns fixed while hiding unnecessary ones.

• Sort Columns by Order: Arrange data in ascending or descending order for quick insights.

• Filter & Save Views: Apply filters and save them for faster access to critical ROs.

• Edit Table View: Click "Edit Table View" to customize column order, change the color scheme, pin key data, and adjust status views.

• In "Edit Table View", you can customize how status headers appear in the route sheet:
  1. Hide or Show Status Headers: Choose whether to display the different status headers in the table.
  2. Gray or Colored Status Headers: If you choose to display headers, you can set them to appear in gray or in color. This makes the status headers fully customizable to your preference.

🆕 New Columns for Better Insights

The redesigned Route Sheet includes new columns to enhance tracking and improve workflow efficiency.

4. New Data Points in Route Sheet

• 🎥 Video & MPI Link Columns: Direct access to video and MPI reports without extra clicks.

• ⏳ Time in Status: Track how long an RO has remained in its current status for better efficiency monitoring.
