What Are AI Summaries, Noise Cancellation, and Closed Captions?
- AI Summaries: We use AI to summarize your technician videos (based on the transcription) to make your findings that were outlined in the video readable for your customers.
- Noise Cancellation: We use AI to review the audio on the video and cut down on background noise to make it easier to understand for your customers.
- Closed Caption: We automatically create and add closed captions to your video making them more valuable when watched without volume.
Why Are These Important?
These enhancements were built to make it easier for your customers to review your team's inspection findings. We've built Closed Caption and AI Summary as we've found that some customers may not watch videos because they are at work or busy, so we wanted to give your customers the ability to review the Tech Video findings without having to watch it. We've built Noise Cancellation to improve your video quality and make sure the customer clearly hears your recommendation and description when they do take the time to watch!
What is the Implementation Timeline?
This feature will be rolled out to all myKaarma dealers in September! If you want to turn this on now, speak to your myKaarma Performance Consultant. To find your Performance Consultant go to: "Help" -> "Learn" -> "Speak to a Performance Consultant" in myKaarma.
What do these enhancements look like?
1. AI Summary
This includes a written overview of the Tech Video, a bulleted list of completed services, and recommendations covered in the video!
2. Noise Cancelation
Videos are now put through a noise reduction filter that cuts out background noise, making the audio from your Tech more clear for your customers!
3. Closed Captions
We use the video transcript and time codes to create in video captions, making the video easier to review
