myKaarma's automatic receipt printing should be printing from the printer you have defaulted on your desktop.
If it is not, please do the following:
- Search 'Printers & Scanners' from your computer
- Ensure the correct Printer is selected as your default
- If it already is, default to a new Printer and then default back to the original
- This should 'wake up' the integration between your computer and the printer
- Reboot computer
NOTE: Receipts ONLY print AUTOMATICALLY if paid in person with a CHIP/Swipe of the credit card. All other payments will have to be manually printed. (How To Manually Print Receipts)
