How to Print Receipts (Charges/Refunds)

1. Click on the Payments Tab.

2. Go to Ready to Send.

3. Search for the RO/Reference # in the search bar.

4a. For a single charge, click on the print icon to print a receipt.

4b. For multiple charges, click on the gray box on the very right with 3 dots in it.

4c. Find the transaction in the Detail window.

4d. Click the Print icon.
