Completing Tasks
Use the Contact Actions Bar on the right-hand side of the task list to complete outreach.
Steps:
Select your communication method (text, email, or call).
Choose to send immediately or preview/edit the message.
Customize the message before sending for a more personal touch.
You can also bulk-complete tasks:
Select multiple tasks using checkboxes.
Use the Actions dropdown to send messages or reassign tasks in bulk.
Preview all messages before sending.
Creating Tasks
To manually create a task:
Click Create Task.
Enter the customer’s name or search by vehicle.
Fill in task details, including type, due date, and assignee.
The task will be added to your dashboard for follow-up.
