To access Service Connect:
Go to the Follow Up tab in the main navigation.
You’ll land in a list view that shows all current tasks at your dealership.
The task list includes:
Customer name
Task type and description
VIN
Task creation and due dates
Assigned user
Quick actions for completing the task
You can filter the task list by type, assigned user, due date, and more. To view only tasks assigned to you, switch to the Task view. The Overview section shows all tasks at the dealership, no matter who they're assigned to.
Helpful Features:
- You can click on any highlighted RO to open the repair order associated with that task.
Click on a task line to view the full customer history, including past appointments and service events.
Use the Create Task button to manually add new tasks.
Appointments can be scheduled directly from the follow-up tab in Service Connect. Clicking on a follow-up task opens the myKaarma Customer Journey, where you can view customer details and schedule the appointment.
