Follow the steps below to edit the "welcome" text message that is sent out after a repair order has been created in your DMS:
1. First, access your Administration Portal through the myKaarma app by going to the "Settings" tab. Please note that only users with a manager/administrator role can access this section.
2. Select "All Templates" from the menu on the left-hand side in the "Settings" tab.
3. Select the "Automated Templates" option.
4. Now type the word "welcome" in the search section and select the template titled "WT-FM".
5. Make edits and click on "Save Template".
