In Insights, we only count closed ROs.
We also filter out these types of RO:
- Internal
- Split
- Void
- Test
Additionally some users might not show up in the report. You can check under Settings > Manage Users
Lastly, there might be some opcode filtering in place that could prevent your ROs from showing up on the report.
Go into Insights > Technician Video and scroll all the way down to see which opcodes are excluded from the report
