We’ve recently upgraded our security measures, and some users may experience issues logging into the myKaarma desktop app.
If you’re having trouble signing in, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Right-click on the Orange Bar at the top of the myKaarma screen.
From the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
In the Settings window, click on Utility.
Under Utility, look for the Clear Easy Login option and make sure it is checked.
Then, click Clear and Save.
