Installer of latest mK version (Admin Access Required for Installation):

NOTE:
During the installation, the system will prompt you to install the drivers. Please do NOT install the drivers, as they are not compatible with the latest version of the application. You can simply skip that option when prompted. (This only applies to dealerships using Creditcall, NMI, or Stripe payment gateways. If your gateway is OpenEdge, you’ll need to install the required drivers)

If you encounter errors such as "This lane is closed," follow these steps:
Go to Settings on your desktop
Navigate to Apps > Installed Apps
Search for "Ingenico Drivers (Uninstall Only)"
Select it and uninstall. This should help resolve the issue.
How to check if you're using the latest version of the application:
Scroll to the bottom of the myKaarma app. You’ll find the version number on the orange bar (you may need to minimize your screen to see it)
Cleaner (use ONLY when directed by mK support)
ONLY USE THIS IF YOU CAN'T UNINSTALL VIA ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
Use Web Version if desktop application is NOT working (Preferably Google Chrome)
NOTE: No swipers + Notifier will not “pop up”
