If you are an "Administrator" of your myKaarma account, you have the ability to edit who can view all messages in myKaarma by following the steps below:
1. Go to the "Settings" tab in the myKaarma dashboard.
2. Click on "Manage Users".
3. Search and click on the user you wish to give this ability.
4. Click on "User Settings".
5. Find the "Messaging" subtab.
6. Click on the checkbox that says "View of all messages".
7. Click on "Save" and tell the user to refresh their screen or log out and log back in for the change to take effect.
