If the dealership has provided myKaarma with a newly created email address (i.e. servicedept@dealerxxx.com), along with the dealerships email server access credentials, then the customers will see that email address for all emails sent to them through myKaarma.
If the dealer has not provided a new email address or any access credentials to the dealerships email server, then myKaarma will create their own email address (i.e. dealernameservicedept@kaarmadealer.com), and that is the email address that customers will see whenever an email is sent to them through myKaarma.
