Why can’t I find a customer in myKaarma after I added the customer to the DMS?


 If your dealership does not have customer pull enabled, information such as an email, phone number, or customer number will only be pulled into myKaarma from your DMS when an RO or an appointment is created in your DMS for the customer.  Customer information will only push from myKaarma to your DMS when an appointment is created in myKaarma for the customer.
