Most Help Center articles are available without logging in.
However, if you want to view or track your submitted support tickets, you’ll need to log in using your myKaarma credentials.
When logging in, you’ll be redirected to a screen where you can select your authentication source:

If you log in directly to myKaarma, choose “Log in using myKaarma Credentials.”

If your dealership or organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), select the corresponding option and log in using the same credentials you use for the myKaarma platform.
