Running A Test Transaction in myKaarma: Verify EMV Swiper Functionality

If you have reached this page, it means that you have configured your EMV device, and you are ready to run tests to verify the device is functioning properly.  

You will need to: 

1. Log into the myKaarma Destkop 
2. Navigate to the payments tab
3. Go to the Pay now section
4. Enter a fake Repair Order # first
5. Then enter an amount that is greater than $0.10
6. Fill in the appropriate details 
• Contact Information - Create & add your own contact information 
7. Select the "Pay Button" 
8. Validate that the EMV Swiper prompts you to swipe or insert your card
9. Insert a "Chip Debit Card" and follow the prompts on the EMV swiper to complete the transaction. 
10. Thats it! The transactions should run and give you an "Approved" response
