DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:
- When myKaarma App is closed (taken in the background) the video upload fails if the system kills the background apps
SOLUTION / PROPOSED SOLUTION FOR iOS DEVICES:
- Turn ON location services to “Always” for myKaarma App
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Click on myKaarma App → Select Always in location access
SOLUTION / PROPOSED SOLUTION FOR ANDROID DEVICES:
- Turn ON location services to “Always” for myKaarma App
- Go to myKaarma App → Settings → Enable Location Access → Turn the Toggle ON → Click on OK → Select ALLOW ALL THE TIME in location access
KNOWN LIMITATIONS:
- This will only resolve failures due to app sent to the background
- If your wifi restrict is ON then the videos will not upload if the wifi is not connected
- This is a temporary solution to minimize upload failures, we are striving hard to resolve this issue to the maximum extent possible
