Many problems on websites can be resolved by clearing out the "cache" of stored information on your computer and refreshing your browser.
Below are instructions for doing a "hard reload" or "clearing the cache for Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
1. Clearing the Cache:
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data."
- Choose the time range (e.g., Last hour, All time) to clear cached images and files.
- Click "Clear data."
2. Hard Reload
- Open the website you want to refresh.
- Press

+F5
or hold downCtrl
and click the reload button next to the address bar.
Microsoft Edge
1. Clearing the Cache:
- Click the three dots to access the menu.
- Select "Settings," then "Privacy, search, and services.

- Select "Cached images and files" and click "Clear now.
2. Hard Reload:
