This page is dedicated to the AMSI Dealer Group. This document will provide instructions for:
- myKaarma Desktop Application Installation
- EMV Swiper Installation & Verifications
- EMV Swiper Installation Troubleshooting
As a high overview, below are the following steps needed to be taken in order to successfully install the myKaarma application and EMV swipers:
- Call myKaarma 562-349-1367. If you have an on-boarding specialist, contact him/her directly (Highly Recommended)
- Install the myKaarma EMV Swiper Drivers
- Install the myKaarma Desktop Application
- Link myKaarma to EMV Swiper
- Login to myKaarma and run a test transaction
Before you begin, contact myKaarma directly so they can walk you through your first install! Once you have successfully installed the desktop application and EMV device on the first computer station, you should be able to proceed without errors.
- Call myKaarma on-boarding team for first Desktop Installation and EMV Swiper install

- Install the myKaarma Desktop Application
- Click the Download button at the bottom of the page (the EMV drivers are now included in the install)
- Link myKaarma desktop application to EMV Swipers
- If you haven't already, please make sure to contact myKaarma if you run into any issues.
- To configure the devices with myKaarma please follow the instructions provided in this link. https://goo.gl/mvimbX

- If you do not have a User Login, please contact myKaarma support at (562) 349-1367 and we will make sure you are taken care of to move forward.
- Please read these instructions carefully as some of the steps are time sensitive
- When this step is successfully complete. The EMV device will display "This Lane Closed".
- Login to myKaarma and run a test transaction
- Login to myKaarma using the user account previously used for Step 4
- Run a test payment by following these instructions
- If myKaarma isn't on the phone already, please contact them to help with any issues
