How do I edit ability to view all messages in myKaarma?

If you are a "Service Administrator" of your myKaarma account you have the ability to edit who can view all messages in kaarma from the system by following the steps below:

1.  Go to your administration portal in the drop down menu in your Kaarma application

2.  Search for the user you wish to give the "view all" ability in the search box and select "details".

3.  In the "General" section, there is checkbox that says "View of all messages".
