When you receive a text message in the myKaarma Notifier and go to send a text to that customer, if the customer's name and phone number are highlighted in red, please follow the steps below to opt the customer back into texting so you may respond from the notifier:
1. Select the phone number of the customer that is opted out of texting.
2. Select the "Cell" number again.
3. Customer will now show "opted in" to texting.
