Color Change for Messages With No Response

Kaarma has the ability to show a conversation as red after a certain period of time has passed to indicate that a customer is waiting for a response.  The default period time after which a message that has not received a response turns red is 10 minutes, however this time can be changed by calling the Kaarma support team at (310) 982-7707.  See below for an example of how this feature will display on your screen:
