How do I add, edit, or remove text and email templates?

Follow the steps below to add, edit, or remove the text templates that are displayed in the drop down menu when sending a text message in myKaarma:

To access Text Templates: Go to the "Settings" tab> All Templates> Text Templates> Click on Agree.


To add a new text template: Click on the "Add template" button on the upper right hand corner of your screen. After doing so, a new window will appear where you can fill out all the details for your new text template.


If you wish to add customer specific information into these templates, you can find our available "tags" in this help center article. 


Similarly, to edit a text template: Search the text template using the search bar> Edit as needed> Save Template.


Finally, if you wish to remove a text template: Search for the template> Select the template by clicking on the box beside the name of the template > Click on "Bulk edit" button on the upper right corner of the screen> Click on "Delete Selected".


Please note, only manual text templates can be created at this time.
