I created an RO in the DMS but the RO did not pull into myKaarma

 

I created an RO in the DMS but the RO did not pull into myKaarma.

 

The most common reason why an RO fails to pull into myKaarma is RO did not have a customerKey (customer number in DMS) attached.  Please reach out to myKaarma Support and provide a default customerKey to add to your dealer settings.
