How do I create a custom report?

There are two ways to customize your reports - The Advanced Search and the filtering option. Below is an example for technician videos.

Filtering

If you would like to create a custom report for just only your teammates, under Insights > Technician Video you can filter out certain criteria for your report needs. This page will have drill downs for your technicians as well a 6 month trend graph. You can print a CSV file to modify the drill-down any way you would like.

Advanced Search

Under Advanced Search, you can create different customized reports with different data fields. We have different templates as well under Saved Searches (C) 

A: Date Range of the report
B: Which Dealership should be in the report
C: The type of reports
D: The data fields such as a service advisor's name, the date, the department, etc.
E: The metrics are the data output such as the amount of appointments, technician videos, video walkarounds, texting, calling, etc.
F: Filtering by the repair order types, department, the amount
G: Running the report
H: Saving that report for future uses.

This below is an example of a report only for Appointments. You can save the report as an Excel file by Download as CSV.
