Enabling E-Signature

1. Turn on Esig product

2. DSO: esig.enabled = true

3. DSO: signature.page.append = true

4. Match any customizations from the Payment Request DSOs to the E-Sig Payment Request DSOs. 

5. Verify that the signature line is appearing in the correct place on the invoice
